Important Notice

Products purchased through overseas stores (such as Plugin Boutique, KVR, Best Service) or from developers directly are not eligible for our domestic support services. Please verify your place of purchase before contacting us. Free versions and demo versions are also not covered by our support.

Additionally, we do not provide support for purchases made through Native Instruments' EC site. Please contact Native Instruments' support directly for assistance with such purchases.

Important Information Regarding Inquiries

Please note the following before submitting your inquiry:

  1. Response time may take up to 4 business days depending on the nature of your inquiry. We cannot guarantee responses by specific dates.
  2. Information provided by our support is for reference only and does not guarantee product performance in your specific environment. We cannot be held responsible for any time spent implementing our suggestions, results thereof, or potential data loss or hardware damage.
  3. If you need to update your registration information (email address, physical address, phone number), please provide both the previous and new information through the form.
  4. We do not handle license transfers or name changes between developers and customers.
  5. For products with defective installation media: Within 90 days of purchase, we will provide downloadable content for products that have such options available. For products requiring physical media, separate instructions will be provided. We do not replace complete packages due to media defects.
  6. Regarding products from developers previously distributed by other domestic distributors: We will provide support even for those not registered to our support. This does not apply to parallel imported goods outside their/our distributions.

Important Notice Regarding Product Transfers and Second-Hand Resale

Media Integration MI Division (hereinafter referred to as "our company") does not, as a general rule, provide support for our products that have been transferred or resold through secondary sales. Please be aware that all services from our company, including product support, are considered completed at the time of transfer or resale from the first owner of the product.

 

For technical support of products obtained through transfer or second-hand purchase, please contact the original owner or seller. Such matters should be resolved between the parties involved in the transfer or sale.

 

While some developers may accept product transfers and user registration changes, our company cannot provide support for user registration transfers. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any issues that may arise from using the developer's transfer or name change services. Such transfers should be conducted under mutual agreement between both parties and at their own risk.

 

Important Notice Regarding Software Products

Please note the following regarding software products distributed by our company:

Most software products we distribute are regulated by single-user licenses based on end-user license agreements. While specific terms vary by developer, there are several common points as outlined below. For detailed information on each item, please refer to the respective developer's License Agreement:

  1. Due to the nature of software products, returns cannot be accepted after package opening or product license registration.
  2. Rental, second-hand sales, and reuse of products are prohibited.
  3. Products are protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties, and intellectual property laws.
  4. Copying, reproduction, or modification of any part or all of the product is prohibited in any form.
  5. Company names, product names, and standard names mentioned within products are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies.
  6. While transfers are generally prohibited by developers, some developers may allow product transfers under specific conditions.
